Last Chance Workout!

Today marks the last day of this week...for me anyway! Tomorrow is my weigh in day, so...I am attempting to do my very best today!

My boss brought homemade cake balls and they are to.die.for! Yes...that was me, who only had ONE! One...and I was done, even though I could have had about 10!

I drank 100 ounces of water...and visited the bathroom quite often! LOL!!!

So...tonight, as always, I didn't feel like getting on the treadmill. I did it anyway...and this is what I did:

5 minutes @ 3.0 mph with 0% incline
5 minutes @ 3.0 mph with 1% incline
5 minutes @ 3.0 mph with 2% incline
5 minutes @ 3.0 mph with 3% incline
5 minutes @ 3.0 mph with 2% incline
5 minutes @ 3.0 mph with 1% incline
5 minutes @ 2.5 mph with 0% incline

TOTAL = 35 minutes on the treadmill

Woo Hoo!!! Bring it on scale...I'm ready!
