Day One - Exercise

C25K - W1D1

Walking at 3.0 mph
Jogging at 4.0 mph
Total = 25 minutes on the treadmill


My thoughts after day one:

AAAAHHHHHH...what have I signed myself up for???? This is crazy, but I started...and most importantly I finished! Even though I felt like I was going to die, I didn't give up! Ugh...I am totally not liking this, but I must move forward! Day One - Done!
